Infinity Services & Trading (IST) based on Selangor was incorporated in year 2009 by Mr. Sahrim Bin Ishak to provide a professional maintenance services in marine engineering. Having vast experience working with local marine engine distributor company, he is well known specialized in M&E, installation, repairing and servicing all kind of marine engine and generator set among others like Suzuki, Mercury, Yamaha, Mercruiser, Cummins (to name a few).
Aged, 32 years old is qualified Technician cum mechanic by profession. Had an experience which related to marine engineering since 2002 when joined Explorer Marine Centre Sdn. Bhd. as a Junior Mechanic and Senior Technician, 2006 with Suzuki Marine (KTS Trading Sdn. Bhd.) as a Senior Technician and Technical Executive and 2008 with Niang Engineering & Trading as a Service Engineer.
IST started operations in marine engines services and maintenance for gasoline/diesel outboard/inboard engines.Today, IST has expanded the business operation and activities comprise mechanical and minor electrical works covering the followings:
· Service and Maintenance
· Spare Parts Sales
· M&E Contracting
· Water Sport Equipments
· Water Recreation Equipments
Service and Maintenance
Provides a range of services to each customer’s particular needs and requirement.
The services was on marine engine, mechanical services, electrical systems as well as other related engineering disciplines for total facility management. We are also provide boat maintenance and recondition service.
Type and scope of services can be packaged as outlined below.
· Routine Service
Scheduled inspection and servicing task as recommended by equipment's manufacturer and as agreed in contract.
· Preventive Maintenance
Preventive maintenance incorporates in addition special tasks in servicing and parts replacement – failure in accordance with pre set scheduled as recommended by the equipment’s manufacturer and base on experienced from service personnel.
· Repair and Replacement
Failure and faults equipment which detected during servicing and maintenance tasks will be rectified and repaired. Prior to this, all accordingly action will be taken in order to minimize disruption to the user. As service and maintenance contract may include the cost of repairs and replacement parts with definition on their next extent or such costs may be excluded with us undertaking to affect the repairs and replacement upon client approval.
· Emergency Breakdown Service
We provide prompt attendance to emergency breakdown on a 24 hours basis. Such cases would be our top priority as to ensure the total down time faced by customers can be minimized.
· Parts and Consumables
Spare parts may or may not be included in the service contract; however consumables parts are generally included.
· Operation of Plant and Provision of On Site Personnel
We provide competent staff to be stationed at site to operate the plants, or carry out routine servicing and maintenance tasks. Our personnel are also assigned to monitor the functioning of the plants such as recording logs, electrical parameters and to pair an emergency requirements.
M&E Contracting
Contracts undertaken by IST are such as follows:
· Mechanical systems installation, outboard/inboard engine installation (single, twin, triple or quad installation)
· Electrical/electronic systems, rewiring and installation
Spare Parts Sales
We are able to supply spare parts of all major brands of engine, mechanical equipment for our customers’ immediate requirement to minimize interruption to system in operation and at very competitive prices. We have similar capability in supplying and electrical spare parts and controls such as energy saving ballast, thermostat, control valve etc.
Water Sport Equipments
We are able to supply water sport equipments such as fiberglass/aluminium fishing boat, life jacket, sonar, portable GPS and etc.
Water Recreation Equipments
We are able to supply water recreation equipments such as canoe, paddle boat, inflatable boat and etc.
